Basic information MS Access 2020 by gsmfile12 CREATING NEW DATABASE USING DIALOG  BOX  . Start  Microsoft access, IT will display a dialog box in  three options : . Select the blank  access database  option . Click the OK button. The file new database dialog box will be appear. .Type  the name of the database in the file name box. .Select any location from saving in option. . Click the create button. A dialog box will be appear with three options. . Click the CANCEL button. The main window will appear as follows.  select FILE > NEW . THE new window can appear.

.CLICK OK. THE file new info window can seem.

.Select any location from saving in choice .CLICK CREATE  button . THE database will be created. THE PROCEDURE OF EXITING MS ACCESS  the user can exit from access in several ways. IT is important to exit MS Access properly to prevent any damage 0r corrupt to the database. IF there is any unsaved object so while exiting. MS-access prompts to save it be closing.  The following methods are used to exit MS Access.  .Select FILE> EXIT  from the menu bar. DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE APPLICATION WINDOW OF MS ACCESS MS Access application window follows the standard layout of all Microsoft applications .it contains different option to design and create databases.Some important part of the application window are as follows: TITLE BAR  THE topmost bar of Microsoft Access windows is called a little bar. it displays the name of the database currently opened in Microsoft Access. the program control icon key appears on the left side of the title bar. The user can execute different commands easily and quickly. it normally appears below the menu bar, The button on toolbar change depending on the selected object and current view. The toolbar can be customized to display the user commands. MENU BAR  The menu bar contains different menus that are used to issue commands . some word on menu bar represents a different menu. Menus provide group of related commands to perform different functions. the user may activate the menu by clicking the menu name. MENUS The text on the menu bar represents the groups of related commands. A drop-down list of commands appears when the menu is activated. The menu is closed when a command commands in the menus have icons associated with them.

SCROLLBARS 

Scroll bars are used to move around the window if its contents if its do not fit on screen. Scrolling is performed by clicking the scroll arrows at either end of the scroll bar. the user can also drag the scroll button on the scroll bar.

THE status bar appears at the bottom of the MS Access window. it displays different information while the user is working on an object. it also shows the status of some special keys on the keyboard. For example, it shows the status  of NUM lock and Caps Lock key
